When services begin
- You receive a payment confirmation and GST invoice by email immediately after payment.
- A consultant contacts you within one business day to agree the brief.
- Work begins on the next business day after the brief is confirmed.
Timelines
- Permanent recruitment: first shortlist in about two weeks.
- Contract staffing: first candidates often within one to two weeks.
- Executive search: typically eight to twelve weeks to appointment.
How work is delivered
Candidate profiles, interview feedback and progress updates are delivered by email and in scheduled calls.
