This policy applies to payments made to Believers Infoserv Private Limited by employers through this website or by bank transfer.
Cancellations
- Before work begins (within 24 hours of payment and before the brief is agreed): full refund.
- After work begins but before any candidate is presented: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- After candidates are presented: the booking amount is not refunded but can be adjusted against future invoices for six months.
Replacement instead of refund
Placement fees for candidates who have joined are not refundable. If a candidate leaves within the replacement period, we search again at no extra fee.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged but the payment fails, or you are charged twice, the amount is refunded automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
To request a refund, email staffing@believershr.com with your invoice number, transaction ID and reason. We respond within 2 working days.
