Permanent recruitment

The right specialist, shortlisted with care.

A consultant who specialises in your industry takes a full brief, maps the market, approaches candidates who are not actively applying, and interviews every candidate before you see them. You receive a short list with clear notes on each person's experience, motivation, salary expectation and notice period.

Permanent recruitment

The challenge

A key role sits open for months. Job boards bring volume but not fit, and your managers spend their week screening instead of leading.

When it works best

  • —
    Mid-level and senior specialist roles
  • —
    Replacing a critical leaver
  • —
New roles where the market is unfamiliar
  • —
Hiring in a city where you have no network

How it works

Four steps from brief to result

  1. Brief

We agree the outcomes the role must deliver, the must-haves and the deal-breakers.

  2. Search

We map the market and approach active and passive candidates.

  3. Assess

Structured interviews and, where relevant, technical or case exercises.

  4. Shortlist & close

Three to five candidates with notes, interview coordination and offer support.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a search take?

Most specialist searches produce a first shortlist within two weeks. Senior or scarce roles take longer, and we agree timelines in the brief.

How is the fee calculated?

A percentage of the hired candidate's first-year fixed salary, payable when they join. See our pricing page for details.

What if the hire leaves early?

Every permanent placement includes a replacement period. If the person leaves within it, we search again at no extra fee.
