Fees and safety
Do I pay anything to Believers HR?
No. We are paid by employers. We never charge job seekers for registration, interviews, training, documents or placement.
Someone asked me for money for a Believers HR job. What should I do?
Do not pay. It is a scam. Use the checker on our fraud awareness page to verify the contact and report it to us.
How can I check that a recruiter really works for you?
Our consultants only email from @believershr.com addresses. Use our contact verifier, or email hr@believershr.com.

Applying for roles
How do I apply?
Open the job, choose Apply now and complete five short steps. Your details are saved so later applications are quicker.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, as long as each role matches your experience. Your consultant may suggest the best fit.
Why isn't the employer named?
Some employers ask us to keep searches confidential. We share the name before your profile is sent.
What file formats can I upload?
PDF or Word documents up to 5 MB. See our CV writing guide for tips.

How long until I hear back?
If your profile matches the brief, a consultant usually contacts you within a few working days. We will keep you updated by email or phone at every stage.
Will you prepare me for interviews?
Yes. We brief shortlisted candidates on the format, the interviewers and what the employer is looking for. See our interview guide.
Will you negotiate my offer?
Yes. Your consultant handles the offer conversation with the employer. Our salary guide explains how offers are built.
I wasn't selected. Can I get feedback?
We share the employer's feedback whenever we receive it.

Your data
Who sees my CV?
Only employers for roles you apply to or agree to be considered for. We do not sell personal data.
How do I delete my data?
Email hr@believershr.com and we will delete your details and CV, as set out in our privacy policy.
How do job alerts work?
Tell us your email and the keywords, industry, location and frequency you want on the job alerts page. To stop alerts, reply to any alert email or write to hr@believershr.com.
