Speedy execution is the key to success in permanent staffing. Two level of JD understanding is achieved with HR at first level and then with the operations team that requires the respective candidate. This establishes selections in the initial slot of resumes sent to clients.
Every JD that we work has a well defined strategy to source candidates to start with created by operations manager which is provided to recruiter(s) before they commence work. Also every JD is reviewed weekly by the Vertical Operations Head for a renewed strategy and an energized hiring process.
